Fully Automatic Small Coil Rewinding Line
We offer a complete line for producing small coils, providing a fully automated process – from the master coil to the finished product prepared for shipping. The line integrates all stages of production: uncoiling the material, precise rewinding, automatic pick-up, turning, packing and palletising.
Key features
The entire process – from the master coil to the finished product – is carried out without operator involvement.
The leading edge of the small coil is automatically protected to avoid scratching the material.
Small coils are automatically strapped and prepared for transport according to the customer’s requirements.
After packing, the small coil is automatically turned to an upright position.
A manipulator places the packed coils on pallets, preparing them for storage or shipping.
The automated process increases productivity, reduces operating costs and minimises manual labour.
Fully automated line
Each line is designed taking into account the specifics of the product range and the expected output. The use of eccentric presses guarantees high stamping precision, dimensional repeatability and reliable operation even under intensive use.
The ability to integrate with automatic material feeding, finished product pick-up and packing systems makes it possible to create a complete production line, increasing process efficiency, reducing operating costs and ensuring high quality of the finished products.
Frequently asked questions
