Slitting and Cut-to-Length Lines
Macring slitting and cut-to-length lines are designed for processing material up to 2.0 mm thick and up to 1500 mm wide.
Macring also offers lines for rewinding small coils from large coils weighing up to 12 tonnes.
Such a line can be equipped with an automatic strapping machine that stacks the finished coils on a pallet, which significantly increases production output and reduces the involvement of manual labour.
Key features
The lines allow accurate slitting and cross cutting of material up to 2.0 mm thick and up to 1500 mm wide.
The ability to rewind material from coils weighing up to 12 tonnes increases production flexibility.
An integrated automation system streamlines the pick-up and preparation of finished coils.
Process automation improves safety and repeatability and reduces operator involvement.
A complete solution ensuring a smooth process, time savings and optimised operating costs.
Efficient preparation of material for further production processes and various applications
Fully automated line
Each line is designed taking into account the specifics of the product range and the expected output. The use of eccentric presses guarantees high stamping precision, dimensional repeatability and reliable operation even under intensive use.
The ability to integrate with automatic material feeding, finished product pick-up and packing systems makes it possible to create a complete production line, increasing process efficiency, reducing operating costs and ensuring high quality of the finished products.
