Production Tooling – Stamping and Blanking Dies
We offer the design and supply of production tooling – stamping dies and blanking dies – for manufacturing components of RWS gutter systems. All tools are designed, manufactured and tested before delivery, which guarantees their high quality, reliability and full readiness for use in the production process.
The solutions we supply allow manufacturers to expand their range with new profiles and accessories without having to develop tooling in-house.
As part of new product development projects, we provide comprehensive engineering support – from developing the product concept and design, through preparing technical documentation, to designing production tooling and verifying the technological process.
Key features
From concept to a finished, tested solution.
All tools are tested before delivery, ensuring reliable implementation.
Expand your range with new profiles and accessories without designing tooling in-house.
We run the project from the idea, through documentation, to the start of production.
Deep Drawing simulations reduce risk, shorten implementation time and lower costs.
We create both standard tools and individual projects adapted to the customer’s requirements.
Fully automated line
Each line is designed taking into account the specifics of the product range and the expected output. The use of eccentric presses guarantees high stamping precision, dimensional repeatability and reliable operation even under intensive use.
The ability to integrate with automatic material feeding, finished product pick-up and packing systems makes it possible to create a complete production line, increasing process efficiency, reducing operating costs and ensuring high quality of the finished products.

Frequently asked questions
The line is designed for rainwater system products such as gutters and downpipes. It can be configured for a wide range of profiles and sizes according to customer requirements.
Yes. With Macring's cassette exchange system, multiple gutter and downpipe products can be produced on a single line, improving flexibility and reducing the need for separate production equipment.
The line can be supplied as a manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic solution. Manual lines use a receiving table, semi-automatic lines include a manipulator, and fully automatic lines can use industrial robots for handling, packing and pallet stacking.
Yes. Fully automatic configurations can include industrial robots that handle ready products, feed them into an automatic packing system and stack packed products on pallets using a pallet conveyor.
