Snap Lock and Standing Seam Panel Production Lines

The material is fed directly from the sheet metal coil. To increase output and shorten changeover times, lines can be equipped with double decoiler carts for coils or coil carousels, ensuring fast and safe material changes.

During the roll forming process, additional functional layers can be applied automatically, such as:

• sound-dampening fleece,
• anti-condensation fleece,
• protective films safeguarding the surface of the panels.

The lines also make it possible to produce various types of stiffening and decorative embossing, such as nano groove, micro groove and shadow groove, which improve the appearance of the panels, increase their stiffness and reduce the oil-canning effect.

Semi-automatic line

Equipped with a receiving table on which the operator collects the finished panels after the roll forming process is complete. The solution ensures high production quality while maintaining operating flexibility and is an economical choice for medium-scale manufacturers.

Fully automatic line

The most advanced configuration, using industrial robots to pick up, stack and transport finished panels. The robots automatically form stacks of panels and pass them to an integrated packing system. After packing is complete, the finished packs can be prepared for manual collection or automatically transported to pallets or transport crates.

Full automation of the process significantly increases production output, reduces the share of manual work, minimises the risk of damage to finished panels and improves the plant’s internal logistics. Thanks to the modular design, each line can be configured to the technological requirements and level of automation expected by the customer.

The production line can also be integrated with the customer’s ERP or MES system, enabling automatic transfer of production orders, real-time production monitoring and exchange of production data. This ensures seamless integration with the customer’s existing production management processes.
