„Siba Tech – Deep Gutter System One gutter, two fronts: square or half-round. The Siba Tech deep gutter system started with a product concept from Ruukki Poland. In close cooperation with Ruukki, Macring developed the concept further into a finished product that could be manufactured efficiently and consistently on an automated production line. The Siba Tech system combines two different visual front designs, square and half-round, within one gutter solution. This provides flexibility for the end customer. Based on the final product design, Macring developed and delivered the complete production solution, including the production lines and dedicated tooling. The production system includes industrial robots for material and part handling, packing and pallet stacking, minimizing manual operations and ensuring a smooth production flow from forming to finished, palletized products. The key strength of the Siba Tech solution is the combination of product flexibility and a high level of automation. Different gutter front designs can be produced efficiently within the same overall manufacturing concept, while automated handling, packing and palletizing maximize production efficiency. The equipment was thoroughly tested and fine-tuned to ensure reliable operation, consistent quality and the required production performance. The Siba Tech project demonstrates Macring's ability to support customers not only with production equipment, but also in developing product concepts into manufacturable solutions and combining product development, process engineering, dedicated tooling, automation and industrial robotics into one complete production system. The successful implementation of the project was also supported by close and effective cooperation between Ruukki Poland and Macring. Working together throughout the development and implementation phases allowed both teams to address technical challenges, refine the solution and ensure that the final production system met the required product quality, manufacturing efficiency and customer expectations. „From Manual Production to Automated Manufacturing of Rainwater System Accessories The outlet collar products were previously manufactured manually. To improve production efficiency and move towards a more automated manufacturing process, Piristeel decided to invest in a new fully automatic hydraulic press line. As part of the project, the two outlet collar products were redesigned by Piristeel's product design team to meet the requirements of automated production while maintaining the desired appearance of the finished products. Macring supported the design process by providing technical guidance, including deep drawing process simulations and input on manufacturing feasibility and material elongation considerations. Macring delivered a complete, fully automatic hydraulic press line, including all required dies and tooling. The complete line was tested during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), providing an opportunity to verify the overall solution and its production performance before delivery. The installation and commissioning were completed smoothly, and the agreed production performance was achieved. The project resulted in a reliable and efficient automated production solution, replacing the previous manual manufacturing process.”
